How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

It takes 4-7 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5 days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

  1. If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
  2. Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
  3. Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once shipped, customer receives an SMS and E-mail on registered contact number and e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number. and can be track on ‘Track Your Order’ page

Do I Need to Create Account To Place Order?

Its not mandatory to create an account while placing the order, one can place the order without creating account , but we insist to create account as it will help to track your order activity for long time

Is Warranty Applicable To Products I Buy On

All products bought on come with manufacturer’s policy. If a manufacturer offer warranty then we just pass it on to customer. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer’s website for information about a service/warranty

Can I Return The Order If I Received A Different Color Of The Product?

If you receive the product in a different color, however, specifications are same then return will not be done.

What is the Refund Process if order cancelled/return ?
